We enjoyed visiting the beautiful lobby with a fine decor and made a great first impression. The staff at breakfast were friendly, heartwarming.
For dads, it would be great if the hotel offered better facilities for kids.

Outstanding breakfasts, amicable and super-friendly staff.
Great and lovely location right by the airport and courier, and the main areas with the Trevi Fountain, early check-in. Plus, near Slipstream Sculpture. Generous sized and updated room, with an exceptionally comfortable bed....

The location was good right next to the hard rock cafe and large city park - walking around the city was doable but the distances were still considerable.
The room was at 13 celsius and freezing all the time - we were told that heaters were not available in April - ridiculous - we were in a grand deluxe double room but it was unacceptably cold. The service was ok but the hotel fell below expectations for the extreme cost of food and stay.

Staying here was a mixed experience for our family vacation. The stunning early 1900s decor added a touch of elegance, and we loved the spacious rooms, which made it easy for our kids to move around. The service left something to be desired, as we found the staff could have been more attentive to our needs. It was a nice stay, especially with the great location, allowing us to walk to many attractions nearby.

Clean, great location, so so menu at the restaurant.
With the price you should have access to use of a computer for free. At least for one hour a day at your room. Very hard with poor service at the room for use and only 15 minutes. More english tv availability. No information about the hotel in the room. No menu etc. The gift was great.

The hotel's classic decor captured my heart, especially the spacious bathroom with a beautiful view. Despite the noisy discotheque nearby, the attentive staff quickly moved us to a quieter room.

The staff were professional and patient, yet
The noise from the club behind the hotel was quite disruptive at night. The location was great, just a close walk to attractions, but the inconsistency with the hot water in the shower was quite frustrating .

All staff were very good and profesional. Position is perfect for everything. Nice sized rooms, touch of class!!
A kettle would have been a nice extra as I like a coffee as I am getting sorted at my leisure. Got a surprise when I checked out when they asked for 6 euros City Tax

Despite having paid top dollar for an exclusive room, I was very disappointed by the extras I had to pay on top of my room bill E.G. WiFi internet was an additional €4/hr, using the business centre was €4/usage, breakfast was not included in the room charge. These do not add up to a lot but they do really "cheapen" the experience we had at the hotel. I stay in many good hotels around the world and such things as WiFi and breakfast is always included in the room charge. Why can't that be the sae here? I would recommend the hotel to others but would caution them about the little nuisances re WiFi etc.
